YES. We ship to all US states as well as Canada. Delivery is guaranteed.

YES. We get that question asked all the time, and we do in fact have many customers from Australia. If your order get seized by the Australian customs, which is extremely rare, we will reship your order. We do that for all countries.

| What countries do you ship to? |

We ship to U.S., Canada, U.K., Australia, Europe (Germany, France, Spain, Italy and the rest of EU), we also ship to South Africa and Asia.
We do not ship to Scandinavia. If you are unsure about your country you can always ask us.

| Do I need a prescription? |
|
We are an offshore pharmacy, located outside the US and Canada. You do need need to fax your prescription to us.

| Is it legal to import drugs from overseas? |
|
In many countries it is perfectly legal to order medicines from overseas. For example the US FDA ruling for 1988 allows a US citizen to import up to 3 months supply of medicines for his/her personal use, as long as they are not controlled substances. Laws in other countries may be similar though we are not familiar with the law in every country you should check with your country to make sure you're not breaking any law as we cannot be held responsible for laws in your country.

| Will I get the original Nolvadex? |
|
We only sell the ORIGINAL Nolvadex made by Astra Zeneca. Since we ship from overseas, you may get a box with foreign language on it. But it is the original medicine.

| How fast will I get my order? |
|
Mostly, it takes about 8-12 working days. But it may take up to 25 business days. If you need your medicine immediately and cannot afford to wait 25 days please do not make the purchase. It takes 25 days in very rare cases, but it may happen.

| Do I need to sign for the package? |
|
We ship using registered airmail which is also trackable and insured. So signature is required, you have to sign for it when you get the package. If you're not home the mailman will leave you a note and a phone number so you can reschedule the delivery or else you can pick it up at your local post office.

| What happens if customs confiscate my order? |
|
This is very rare and really hardly happens. But if it does happen, we will reship your order by courier express free of charge. You cannot loose your money as we guarantee you'll get your order one way or another.

| Do you send it in discreet packaging? |
|
We use discreet packaging. The sender on the package is not specified as a pharmacy but rather a personal fake name. There is no mark on the outside of the envelope which identifies it as medicine. You'll get the medicines, tablet or capsules in their original blisters and boxes. We may also split larger orders into multiple packages each sent with a few days delay between the previous, this weeks small packages and look less suspicious. There is no extra shipping charge for splitting your order, this is a service done for free.

NO! We are NOT doctors. We do not provide any kind of medical consultation and will not answer any medical issues. You must consult with a licensed physician before making your order.

| How safe is it for me to give credit card details online? |
|
The system that we use is very safe. We use very prestigious on-line credit card processors. When an order is made you credit card details are transferred directly to the bank. They are not visible to us, nor are they stored on our server. They are never exposed to us, only directly to the bank.
